Casita
Palomar sits three blocks from beautiful Banderas Bay on a 1,250 square
meter lot, next to Casa Palomar, home of its owners, Oliver and Rita
Kollock. Because of its hillside location, there are wonderful views
of the bay and refreshing breezes. The casita is connected to the
casa by an L-shaped common covered terraza which is about 10-feet
wide and overlooks the pool. The swimming pool is 38-feet by 15-feet
and ranges in depth from 3-feet to 8-feet. The casita is a fully-equipped
self contained unit with many conveniences including U.S. satellite
television, garbage disposal, and air conditioning as well as ceiling
fans. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster
oven and place settings for six persons. The bedroom which opens on
to the terrazo has a king size bed and is just footsteps away from
a full bathroom. Oliver and Rita will make you at home in the casita
and then afford you privacy. (They do have two dogs that remain in
their home most of the time but are also free to roam in the enclosed
yard area to the front of their home).
