There is a half bath and the fourth bedroom with a full size bed is downstairs. All four bedrooms have private balconies or terraces overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, living and dining areas have panoramic ocean views, opening onto a large veranda and ample terrace around the pool.

Watch abundant sea life including whales, jumping fish and a variety of birds and animals while relaxing on the terrace.

The house has walled grounds, Sky TV, Internet, plus washer and dryer. Maid service, gardener and pool maintenance are included.
